Conditions of Entry

1. This prize draw (the "Promotion") is only open to legal UK residents excluding Northern Ireland. Any employees or agents of either the Promoter and/or any company connected with the production or distribution of this Promotion, as well as any members of their immediate family (e.g., spouse, parent, child, sibling) and persons living in the same household as them, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter this Promotion.
2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Proof of eligibility must be provided upon request. By entering the Promotion, you are deemed to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions. The entrant and companion must have a passport valid for at least 6 months on the date of travel. At least one traveller must be aged 21 or over; anyone under 18 will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel.
3. Enter between 17:00 GMT on 10 December 2024 and 23:59 GMT on 31 December 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
4. The Promotion is free to enter, however internet access and a valid passport for at least 6 months on the date of travel is required.

Winner

1. There will be one winner who will be selected in a random draw, conducted by a computer process that produces verifiably random results, from all eligible entries, held on Tuesday 28th January. The winner(s) will be notified by the Promoter by email within one week of this date and will be given details of how to accept their prize. Failure by the winner(s) to accept the prize in the manner specified within one week of the Promoter's email will make any claim invalid and the Promoter will then select another winner (again selected randomly in a draw) from all remaining eligible entries who will be contacted as above.
2. The prize of a trip to Las Vegas for two (2) adults includes: return economy flights from major international airports in London, United Kingdom to Las Vegas, Nevada, USA with return airport transfers in Las Vegas, three (3) nights accommodation in double occupancy room in a 4-star hotel in Las Vegas, with breakfast each morning. The recipients must travel at the same time with the same itinerary.
3. All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time and once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled. The winner must contact the prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure. The prize cannot be taken from 21st December 2024 until 4th January 2025, over UK public holidays, or over Easter Sunday. The prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time.
4. Travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel, or parking, to and from the winner or companion/s’ home and London departure airport do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion. Accommodation for the winner and companion does include breakfast each morning of the stay; however, it does not include any additional meals, incidentals, gratuities, or telephone calls. Any other personal expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the winner. The prize excludes lunches, evening meals, snacks, and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses, and anything not expressly stated in the prize package. All travellers must have a passport valid for at least 6 months on the date of travel; any necessary visas or additional insurance are the responsibility of the winner and companion. A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into the accommodation.
5. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
6. Gifts, prizes, and other promotional items are not transferable, may not be re-sold, and are subject to availability. The Promoter or Prize Administrator reserves the right in their discretion to substitute any such gift, prize, or item with a gift, prize, or item of equal value.
7. By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that in the event of a win, their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Provided no objection is received from the winner, the winner’s name will be made available by the Promoter or Prize Administrator 4 weeks after the end of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. Without prejudice, the Promoter or Prize Administrator will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.
