Hi, I requested a CCA from a debt collector, and they obtained it from the original lender (seven years later). I was making £1 payments.
I have a the letter of assignments, and the CCA which actually appears correct as completed by me as I signed it years ago.
However, I never received a statement of account(s) as highlighted in the CCA request letter?
