*quietly sneaks in the back door* Please forgive for I have sinned... may I join you again this year please and I promise I will try my very best not to fall off the wagon and go MIA again, like I did every other year. You even had a page dedicated to this challenge in my planner - which I never used- oops!
So I looked and I last posed Feb last year, as I was despirately selling on vinted to make wardrobe space to introduce a new kitten to the house...wellll 1 kitten turned into 2! Who could ever say no to a bogof kitten! And I spoke about some bargain ink stained second hand dungarees I got, well I've only just got round to dying and starting some embroidery on those so we're not far off where we were 11 months ago, haha.
But anyway I am back an in need of your guidence more than ever. I need for nothing, if anything I still have waay too much stuff... So I am going in with just 20 tokens just in case I find some good layering pieces, and a reverse token system as I am still trying to lose weight and sell what doesn't fit, so hopefully I can use those tokens earnt for new smaller clothing.
I also really want to alter / make / repair more of my own clothing. So I think reverse tokening will be my incentive to get stuff done! My first task is to finish these dungarees!
Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and wishing you all a very happy new year! x
I hope you know your capable, & brave, & significant.

I saw those socks too, PipneyJane. And was cross, because I am a Ladies size 9. Not that I need socks, as I've plenty of new pairs in the cupboard waiting for when they are needed, but still, its the principle of it....
Soupmaking in full swing here. Only a bitzer* soup, but happy to bring some down to the hall if anyone fancies it in this cold weather?
*Bitzer - basically whatever veg I've got left that needs using up!Sealed Pot Challenge no 035.

Oh gosh, @Laura_Elsewhere, that looks nearly as bad as my stock shed... now my fellow-traders are havering about not trading again until spring has sprung, and I'm thinking I'll have to get back to selling online just to have space to breathe!
Which would give me plenty of time to get making again... not sure I actually need anything, or am actually any good at it, but I do love the process!Angie - GC Aug25: £207.73/£550 : 2025 Fashion on the Ration Challenge: 26/68: (Money's just a substitute for time & talent...)7 -
Hi all,
@thriftwizard Lovely slippers 😁
@Laura_Elsewhere great job sorting, you'll have room for all your lovely new makes 😁
Thought I would post a picture of the baby blanket before it is sent off. Next one lined up, thought I would have to buy some yarn but I have found enough pale green in my stash to make a slightly smaller one, the pink one is 36 x 45 inches which is a bit on the big side so a smaller one will be fine 😁
Take care everyone

The baby blanket is beautiful @Liverpool_Anne! Thank you for sharing your picture, I do love seeing these beautiful pieces.Today I washed my leggings, lined with fleece, which I have been wearing most cold days for the past 2 years, and I noticed that they are starting to be very worn out. I am considering getting two more in different colours soon, as they will not last much longer, and I was wondering which item in the coupons would be the closest? They are not exactly trousers, but would they be considered such?Today I have worked on the poncho with sleeves for my aunt. I decided to unravel all the latest part to make it longer, and it’s looking much better. This part is all black, so not particularly enjoyable, but it’s going well and I’m progressing quickly. I really want to finish as soon as possible, as I started in July, so I’ll be focusing on that for the next few days.Debt free journey started 30/08/2023:

Wow!! Well done though, that's good going!
I am so bad at getting rid of things, too much "I'll wear it when" that never comes. xI hope you know your capable, & brave, & significant.

@pixtotts - some of this was unwearable... old threadbare cotton ankle-socks that were unwearably saggy and worn when I moved here ten years ago...!!!
The joys of severe autism, and struggling to let go of *anything*... I slept dreadfully, because even when it's good results, I still find getting rid of anything really upsetting, and going through and making decisions is really horrible...
It'll ease. I'll adjust.2025 remaining: 37 coupons from 66:

I justify my siestas by this. 🤣 But being serious, it really does help me see more clearly. It took a while to nap for just a sleep cycle but generally that's what happens now. I cover my eyes to remove one outside stimulus but I have a primaeval need to be aware so don't use earplugs if I can help it. The brain doesn't always comply and let me sleep but I can usually calm it a bit.
So mega congratulations on what you achieved. DxAiming for a Champagne Lifestyle on a Lemonade Budget
