Yes, you can add the app exclusive account to normal online banking, you need to know the account number once you click "add", it doesn't list your available accounts.
Conversely I can also see my "Regular Saver Issue 8" (that was opened not using the app) in the app (I didn't have to add it manually).2 -

You "add" the app accounts once logged in online. It will say pending for a day or so (who knows how long over BH)!
And no I am not going to try to add a random account to my other accounts online, I would probably get told off.

If it's showing in the 'Your Accounts' section of the website, once logged in, you can usually close by viewing the account ('Details') and selecting 'Account Closure' on the left. Not sure if you can add this account to the 'Your Accounts' section if not showing, you usually can with non-app savers.
Additionally the cog to the right of that allows you to turn off the display which I have done for my closed accounts. This now matches what I see in the app.
That's the most useful thing I've read in two days! Many thanks for posting itIf you want me to definitely see your reply, please tag me @forumuser7 Thank you.

When I first registered the app a month ago, I could (and still can) see the accounts I've turned off when logged in online. I can't get rid of them.1 -

If you don't 'add' an account yourself, but do have an online profile, they will eventually get round to adding it for you.It looks like the app lists all accounts without the need for manual action.1 -
Thank God for that! Managed to open Monmouthshire's 7% RS by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Just told it I had a new phone.I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?1

This is after a reinstall. Looks like a phone call required.
I dug out my old Moto G5 and it worked fine. Could not get it to work on my less than a year old Poco C65.1
