    Unfortunately, she can only take out £500 per day as she doesn't have the mobile app.
    I know it's an obvious question but why not just install the app?

    Yes she's decided to after all, even though she had problems with it before, but this was more a heads up for anyone who doesn't want to or can't,

    I also emptied my Virgin Regular Saver account last weekend as I needed the money towards a new car before the account was due to mature.  I was able to send the full amount directly from the regular saver account to my Lloyds current account without having to route it through my Easy Access account.

    And was this done online or via the app?
    I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
    The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
    There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
    I listen all night for your step on the stair.

    I've just tried to get my Virgin Regular saver cash directly from the regular saver account to my Lloyds and again, it said I had a limit of £500 per day, whereas my daughter sent hers to her Virgin current account to get this same message.  This was on online banking.  Meanwhile my daughter has installed the app, tried to get her money out and it's on hold because of "suspicious looking activity" - they'll be in touch apparently

    I did the same earlier today, via the app. Monies arrived in a minute or two.

    Hope there's not going to be issues withdrawing online on Friday when the Virgin RS matures to easy access.

    It doesn't bode well, does it? I think I might get the app set up in advance. Maybe do a small test payment.

    Unfortunately, she can only take out £500 per day as she doesn't have the mobile app. Apparently if she rings customer service they can help her move all the money in one go but just a heads up because if we're all doing that, their customer service is going to be a tad busy.

    For the ex-Clydesdale/Yorkshire platform there's also the option of having a security token device if you can't or don't want to use the app.  You have to phone customer services and explain why you can't use the app to get one though.

    Too late this time as it will take a week or more to get one in the post.
