Like most of you, I found the MBS app a nightmare. So much info needed to be given and I lost count how many codes went back and forth. Yes it's working ok now but what a pain in the butt that was.I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.0 -

I agree that it's suboptimal right now but it's still an improvement on the process that existed previously (which is still available if you'd prefer).

Halifax Regular Saver
I note that the specifics of this account say that the funds should reach your account by the 25th of the month. Is there any reason for this? If I open and fund it today, does anybody know whether it cause any issue? I can't see why it should, but would welcome experience.

It's just to protect your standing orders from failing due to weekends and bank holidaysYou will be fine, remember to set your standing orders to the 1st of the month to maximise your interest and be able to make 13 payments0
