Then, either you were lucky or ..... two of us (Bigwheels1111) were unlucky! I tried to give instruction online (PC) and used a 'maturity instruction' link button too. Near the end of the process, I had to wait for a text code (I have no app), which arrived quickly, but on entering the code it sent you straight back to the previous screen that required you to pick the account the maturity funds were to be sent to. Several attempts at choosing the account and entering the code (codes - as a new one was sent each time!) sent you back one step.happybagger said:Re Skipton Members RS maturity, I gave mine online last week, without issue did not require any app code? It would be great if others don't get this, but I posted to let any that do get it, know that there is a solution, although one that requires a phone call. YMMV.Compiler of the RS League Table.

I've just given my Skipton maturity instructions without any issues. Just logged in, asked them to send the money to a nominated bank account and inputted the 6 digit security code that was generated in the app and that was that.Bobblehat said:

So the only two differences between my experience and yours is that I don't have the app and was sent the code by text and ..... your instruction went through successfully and mine didn't. I really don't know what more I can add to this conversation, other than to repeat that I posted my experience to help anyone who has a similar experience to mine (and not yours)!Bridlington1 said:

Got an email about Saffron members month, it's back in June so hopefully a new regular saver?

When I phoned them earlier in the month they confirmed that members month was returning in June and that there were rumours of a Members Month RS due to be launched in June but no details confirmed yet.jameseonline said:Got an email about Saffron members month, it's back in June so hopefully a new regular saver?

How did you apply for a new one on 9th when the old had not yet matured until 10th?Bigwheels1111 said:Re FD reg saver, Applied for new one on the 9th, old one matured and paid on the 10th.New one opened today, not to bad as a weekend was in the middle.
App sure won't allow me, says I already have one open and can't apply for another until current one is closed, and even says this could take an extra 5 days...0
