A link to the archived thread along with a few other links that may be of use can be found in the OP of this thread.
I've tried to make it so that you should be able to find everything from page 1 of this thread, with historic information getting archived on the archived thread.14 -

As for how I manage it, I'd say it's a combination of a love of regular savers, a good spreadsheet and a spot of eccentricity (or shear insanity depending on your viewpoint).20 -
