    As an individual you can't add data. The MHCLG want the public to respond too, and you don't have to reply to every question.

    There is an update on MCOL saying 'DQ sent to me on 16th August' and 'DQ filed by claimant on 16th August'. Is this the questionnaire being sent to me via post?

    Correct,  so download it,  fill it in and email it to the DQ email address in the 8 steps
