"It is, int he works in the words of Lords Neuberger and Sumption, "a secondary obligation which imposes a detriment on the contract breaker".
Is it quoted correctly including mistakes or should it be edited as above?

Edit as below ok? and leave the rest in? Will the Wonga comment just entice it out further?

LOL, yes... it does.  I don't think you understand what you are saying. Did you pass your law degree?  And you can't even get the name of ParkingEye v Beavis the right way round! Oh dear. Jog on. I'm unimpressed.

Good afternoon, a lovely Friday afternoon and the Court Claim has just arrived - I will have a good read about the next steps, but any quick help comments and words of encouragement would be most grateful!

Post the Issue date from the top right of the claim form below,  plus redact the VRM details in the POC on the left and post a picture of the redacted POC too

Did CEL Issue the claim   ?  Or DCB Legal on their behalf   ?

Start adapting todays NEW template defence,  whilst you post the information,  then we can tell you more

Edit your thread title to something more suitable like

    CEL court claim 2025

    Or

CEL DCB LEGAL court claim 2025
