MSE Offer Hoover Cordless cleaner

Did anyone else use the MSE “ blagged” offer on Hoover vacuum cleaner?
Did think given it advertised it was express delivery would be good replacement for current one on the blink but having received no updates as far as I can tell hasn’t even been despatched. Perhaps were surprised by the demand but wondered if anyone else had had more luck.

To answer my own question, as if by magic just hit an e-mail saying my order is being despatched

When did you order yours @RedImp_2? I ordered mine on 11th December and heard nothing. I chase them up after a week and got a response saying there was high demand. Not heard anything since.

Used the MSE blagged offer on 11 December for Hoover vacuum cleaner, just over 3 weeks later and no delivery. The dispatch number for DPD still states they haven't received the parcel from Hoover!! In email contact with Hoover but nothing happening. Really thought with it being in MSE we were safe to order. Anyone else having issues? Many thanks0

I ordered this item and received it. However it wouldn't charge up. I rang up to be told that they would send me a new charger. Chased this a week or so later to be told that there were no chargers available and to return the item for a full refund. No wonder they were selling them off cheap!0

I was given a DPD tracking number but when I try to track the 'delivery' it says "We've received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel" Last checked today 8th January.
I emailed Hoover on 30 December who replied on the 2nd January saying they will look into it via the Logistics Department.
Since then I've heard absolutely nothing!0 -
As if by magic....an email received today apologising for the error and a new replacement order will be despatched via DPD. Fingers crossed.0

I bought this hoover too and although it’s quite a long story, I naively believed in the promised next day delivery. I have been waiting since Dec 10 which is now 45 days. The one I bought is apparently sold out and I’ve been told I’ll be sent the more basic model though no partial refund was offered. Still waiting.0
