Having a discussion with someone today, I'm trying to find an answer for them
They're on rolled up holiday, but employer is only paying it at 10% , where acas is saying 12.07% minimum.
Now employer is stating because they're in Hospitality and refusing the 12.07%
Acas said its wrong , any advice anyone please.

According to gov.uk as from April it’s the 12.07%Nothing in there about a lower rate for hospitality workers. I think your friend needs to go back to his employer and ask them to explain exactly where they think the exception for hospitality workers comes from? All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Well, it’s no use just saying it, they should be explaining why it’s wrong and pointing to the relevant guidance. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
