Good signs of a mortgage possibly being approved?

Hi everyone,
so currently in the middle of a mortgage process.
so currently in the middle of a mortgage process.
DIP received on: 26th November
So to date: Mortgage application submitted on November 27th via my broker.
Then Valuation took place 12th December.
It is with a lender called “the mortgage lender”.
Can someone give me some sort of idea as it is my first purchase, if a valuation has gone ahead is this a good sign?
my broker seems to think so otherwise they wouldn't go through a hard search and a valuation if they initially didnt like something about the application.

Im so nervous and it is the house of my dreams, just want a YES from the lender. Most nervous ive been in my whole life!
Much appreciate! 🙏
