Hi,
I have a Mortgage with Natwest. I switched to 2 years fixed at 4.76% in March. At that time existing customer switch rates were available on Natwest Intermediary site. However, since it has been removed.
I have searched around and it looks Natwest do offer 3 diffirent type of rates at 60% Ltv but best rate is not available to everyone.
Is there are reasons why?
On this website https://amortgagenow.co.uk/natwest-product-transfers-for-existing-customers/
Showing 3 diffirent rates with a note:
Please note: NatWest do not have a uniform set of rates for product transfers. As of July 2024, each individual customer is now offered their own set of rates to choose from.

As the webpage says, NatWest no longer publish a list of existing customer product transfer rates. Each borrower needs to establish their own options either direct from the Lender or via a Broker.
It is always worth checking with a Broker as rates offered via that route are often more competitive than those available direct from the Lender. Plus you can get some sensible advice and service.
The web page in the link shows typical recent rates offered.
Halifax, BM Solutions and Santander are other Lenders that offer specific rates to each borrower.
Why do they operate this policy? Since some 95% of the transfers we see are offered the same rates it appears to have little to do with individual pricing. More likely a commercial decision to keep competitors in the dark.I am a Mortgage Broker
