My ex husband won in July due to bully boy tactics as the judge wrote on the order. I paid the amount in 3 instalments. The judge didn't award all of his claim due to not signing a document so couldn't use as evidence. Blow me down October I recieved another claim from him for the remaining amount the judge didn't order. Where do I stand on this? Surely if he wasn't happy should of appealed it? Also his particulars had previous claim particulars. We have mediation on thurs as its compulsory. Have special measures in place due to non molestation order and dv.
Any advice would be great thank you

need more background...
What is the money order for?
Was it on the previous claim?
Have you got a defence as to why you should not pay?
Don't think the molestation order or dv apply to the case - unless you can prove otherwise.0 -
You could apply for the case to be struck out on the basis it is arising from the same facts as the first action for which there is already a judgement.1
