Advice Please - Settlement Agreement chances

Hi all.
I have been experiencing bullying at work for many months, and this has formally been raised with my employer.
In the meantime my employer is about to propose a new structure but as yet I don't have the details for this. Ive been at my place of work for a long time.
I'm at my wits end and if redundancy was offered I would take it, however im also of the opinion that I could be in a position to ask for a protected conversation with my work - in light of the bullying received to date, that I am still suffering side affects and that a restructure is about to take place, id like to reach a settlement agreement.
Anyone else had much sucess with this please?

Has your employer started the process of dealing with your bulling complaint, or is it just a "we are dealing with it" situation at a small employer?0 -
