best place to buy a new (specific) camera?

i have been waiting for the sales to buy the family a new camera, and i know which one i want, but cant seem to find any of the normal places that are giving any sale prices.

anybody got any suggestions

i am wanting a
Sanyo Xacti DMX-HD700

if thats not available as it is a reasonably new model then i might take the older
Sanyo Xacti DMX-CG65
