Removal of charge from secured loan
Options
Hi, looking for advice on how to remove a charge on my property from an old secured loan. Loan was repaid around 12 years ago, lender went in to administration and no documents available to confirm it was repaid. Have tried contacting liquidators and new owners, no one has any details to verify this, looking to sell property but no idea where to turn next ( tried contacting 3 different conveyancing solicitors but none got back to me, Thanks

go to the registers of scotland website and see if the charge has been removedif it has not just walk into one of the estate agents with a conveyencer upstairs /ask to book an appointment and have as much details as you can provide.0
