Debt repayments and (Scottish adult disability payment) PIP in Scotland

Hi
Can anyone advise whether this is correct or not. I receive adult disability payment to cover my needs due to my disability. Am i correct in thinking that i add this to my income, but then show it as expenditure to cover my adult care costs?
