Maybe, if not for the constant attitude. We've done all we can, I think we can only be grateful for the generation donation now (assuming they achieve it as I suspect there will be a handful of checks in place to counteract the inevitable future complaint/lawsuit when it finally sinks in).

Oh yes, I was struck by the repeated patience of members to try and steer the OP off his path of foolishness - particularly your last effort.

Just a hypothesis: someone might look at their latest pension valuation, see that it has jumped up by an unrealistic figure, and concluded that their pension provider has made an error. They decide to quickly withdraw the entire amount and close the account before the error has been spotted...
Sadly for them, the pension provider spots the mistake.

I'm afraid the OP just wanted validation that the Pru were incompetent and had messed up. But it's clearly not the Pru. As someone said, he's long gone, head deep in the sand.
