Hi Guys,
I am considering logging an irresponsble lending complaint for a complaint for a creation loan that I was given in 2017. The loan ended in 2021. I know that there is a 6 year rule - does this mean that I am too late. Is it 6 years from the point of application, or 6 years from when the credit agreement ended?
