1. Eligibility: The Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to those who sign up on the online contest page at https://www.haystravel.co.uk/12-Hays-of-Christmas and who are 18 years of age as of the date of entry. The Contest is only open to legal residents of the United Kingdom and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Hays Travel Limited their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the contest. 

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Hays Travel Limited, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The contest is subject to all applicable laws of England and Wales.

3. Contest Period: Entries will be accepted online starting at 8:00am on 12/12/2024 and ending 23/12/2024. All online entries must be received by 23/12/2024 14:00pm.

4. How to Enter: The contest must be entered by submitting an entry using the online campaigner form link here: https://www.haystravel.co.uk/12-Hays-of-Christmas.
The entry must fulfil all contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Hays Travel Limited. You may enter only once and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Hays Travel Limited.

5. Prizes: 
Specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Hays Travel Limited. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Hays Travel Limited discretion. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all England and Wales laws and regulations and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Hays Travel Limited to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
The Main Prize (supplied by Vista) consists of:
• Return economy flights for two people departure from regional airport of choice flying to New York
• Airport transfers 
• 4 Nights of accommodation (to be confirmed by supplier) on Room Only Basis for 2 people.
• Baggage allowance will be at the discretion of the airline at time of booking, and we recommend that you check precise details of your luggage allowance with the airline prior to travel. Additional baggage charges will be the responsibility of the Main Prize Winner
• The Main Prize holiday duration may not be extended and will not cover any additional passengers.
• Flights cannot be upgraded and the winner and their companions will not be able to collect air miles in connection with the Prize.
• The main Prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
• Book by 31st March 2025 via Hays Travel Limited and must travel in 2025. 

The Main Prize does not include:
• Travel and holiday insurance (the winner and their companions must take out appropriate travel insurance).
• Transfers from the Winner’s (or Winner’s companions) home address to and from the regional airport
• Personal expenditure for the duration of the holiday including, food, and drinks, and other incidental costs such additional activities, travel and excursions, unless stated elsewhere in these Terms; and/or
• Charges associated with ensuring that the winner and the Winner’s companions have valid passport, vista, ESTA and requisite vaccinations (if any) are required in respect of the Main Prize.
• Airport car parking is not included.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner selection and notification: Winners of each prize in the contest will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Hays Travel Limited. The winner of each prize will be selected the day after the prize is announced. Winners will be notified via email or phone to the email address/phone number they entered the contest with within seven (7) days following the winner selection. Hays Travel Limited shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 14 days from the time the winner has been notified then another winner will be drawn taking their place.

Just to say other single entry advent competitions have been posted on the Advent board including ones where you had to enter before the start of Advent.

Not saying this shouldn't be on this board just that there doesn't appear to be a set "rule" for where to post.
