one business two postcodes

we have two premises next door to each other with the same postcode.  We are now taking over a third property which is next door again.  The third property, although next door has another postcode.  Is there any way we can change our address from 37-39 to 37-41 and keep a single postcode?  We want to do this for continuity as it will prove problematic otherwise as we will have one address for admin and another for service.

Are these separate freestanding buildings or joined? Are there any roads, public footpaths or such that are between them?
 
Do you own or lease them? Do you want the titles to be amalgamated too?

If its just the address and you want it to remain separate titles then you need to speak to your councils Planning and Building Control as they own that and liaise with Royal Mail etc if they approve the change.

I know in London at least the emergency services are a material consideration and if the change would have a detriment to a critically ill person or a burning building if at present they could be identified individually whereas in the future they couldn't go straight to the relevant building.

This is not really a mortgage question, but just put 37-41 and pick one of the postcodes. 
You could 37 street name and just the first half of the postcode and your  post would still get to you.
