Parking ticket at Lands'end- Initial Parking

Hi
I recently got a PNC from Initial Parking, for overstaying on Lands' end over 25 minutes more.
After reading the forum, I decided to appeal. I just pasted the template that I found on the Newbie's thread, making that I didn't give myself as the driver and that my phone number was not included.
I don't think I have a strong reason reason to appeal as I didn't pay for a parking ticket. The only reasons i can think, are the next:
1.You get 20 minutes for free, but this seems to be cloaked way before the parking area; and we took our time to get ready.
2.When we went to pay for the ticket, we saw the prices and decided to stay for 20 minutes and then go, but we lost track of time.
3.I also didn't take it seriously, because it's November and the place was nearly empty, with plenty spaces to park.
I didn't complain yet, because I don't know who to write to. And on a review website, I read other people's complain about getting a parking ticket at Lands end, and they were getting a reply to get in touch and deal with the parking company.
I appreciate the feedback and advice on whether I made a mistake, or what to do in the next step.
Thanks.

Update.
I received a reply for Initial parking, rejecting my appeal1 -
Of course they rejected your appeal there's no profit in upholding it!I was also there last week what a scamming honeytrap, the signage is dreadful, the 20 minute free period is designed to make you think you have loads of time free of charge and then they catch you as the cameras are as you go in through the two gate houses, and the exit camera is as far out to the exit as possible. The single parking charge £6.00 i think is extortionate considering nothing at all is open (apart from a ridiculous £10.50 for a photo by the signpost which used to be free) and puts off people trapping them into the 20minute scam. There are no signs from memory warning you of the ANPR cameras.3

Yeah, something similar. Saw the parking prices and decided it was not worth staying more than 20 minutes.1

Just ignore them. Tell them if you move house.
Come back if ever you get a LBC (see the second post of the NEWBIES FAQS thread and please don't ask for a link to it).
That's all.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
