Yes that's good. It would work in court but probably not at IAS.
Give it a whirl to test them though. You will have to supply your lease and point out which page that clause is on.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That's good to hear. Do I need to worry about the lease for the PPM appeal, or only the IAS one? I only have a printed copy and no scanner, so I'll scan it on Tuesday when I'm at work. But if not yet needed, I'll submit the PPM appeal before then to get it off my mind0

Surprise surprise it's been rejected. I'll submit the same to the IAS but attach the lease as discussed previously. I'll probably wait until near the end of the 28 window for doing so1
