Advice needed for signage appeal - PPM - IAS appeal

Thanks
The newbies thread mentions not bothering with the IAS but maybe it could be updated to say the same about an IPC appeal, based on the above advice?
I was expecting a POPLA type process here and hence was going to prepare for that
Plan A was not successful. The management company have declined to help. I am a leaseholder but due to circumstances the car was not in the correct space with visible permit, so on that basis I don't have strong evidence to push them to help me either
I have not contacted the MP. The local MP is not the same as the MP of the location of the car park. I assume the local MP should be used as that is the one upon which we vote for?0 -
There is no IPC appeal, just the IAS , in IPC cases
IPC cases are IAS
BPA cases are Popla
There is no Popla option here, only the IAS, which we dont recommend
Correct, complain to your local MP, as their constituent . You cannot complain to the other MP, but your MP can1 -
Just ignore the eejits and come back if you get an LBC or court claim.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Coupon mad and the rest of us have been waiting for the last 6 years for regulation to occur, which would be when the newbies thread would be revamped1 -
An update on this. I ignored the first PCN as advised in this thread. About a month later, a reminder arrived, which we also ignored.
Now around another month later, a letter from "BW Legal" has arrived, offering payment plans etc. The total is now at £160 including their fake fees.
I will reread the newbies thread now, but I assume I ignore this one too?1 -
I have now received a Letter of Claim from BW Legal. The letters/car is owned by my wife, but I was driving it. Do I still continue to reply from her and not state anything about that?
I will then send the template email as per post 2 of the newbies thread0 -
Same query answered yesterday, so decide now:

Also it would be a good idea to edit your thread title to the stage you're at and put the solicitor and PPC in the title which always helps us when advising you.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have updated the title as requested
Reading that thread, I understand that I need to transfer it into my name. I do NOT send the Letter of Claim template letter as per the newbies thread?
Lastly, do I send the transfer via email to the addresses I have found on here, or do it via their portal (I am avoiding registering for this so far)
Thanks0 -
None of that thread said you could do this.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
