This competition closes at 23.59 on Sunday, January 19th, 2025. 1 winner will be selected at random from ALL submissions after the closing date and will be contacted by email within 7 days to arrange delivery. The winner has 7 days from the date of the notification email to claim their prize, failure to respond within 7 days will result in forfeiture of the prize. For the avoidance of doubt the prize is a 4 night stay at Bodorgan Inn courtesy of Birch Stays. The property can accommodate 19+3 guests across 10 bedrooms. The break will be for a 4 nights break, only available midweek (Sunday to Thursday) and cannot be redeemed during the school holidays. The prize must be redeemed by 31st December 2025. Prize excludes travel and other related expenses. The prize must be booked one month from the winner being contacted. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be counted. Entries that don’t meet criteria will be discarded. The winners will be contacted by email and will need to provide contact information for the purpose of communication regarding the prize. All dates, break options and accommodation are subject to availability. Birch Stays reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Birch Stays control makes it necessary to do so. The winner must be the lead guest and over 18 and be present on arrival. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by someone over the age of 25 in the same unit of accommodation. Maximum prize value £4,000. The prize draw is not open to employees or agencies of Birch Stays, their group companies or family members or anyone who is professionally associated with this promotion.
