Claim against previous employer, blaming me for 25%

Morning all, Apologies if wrong section! Long story short I have a claim in against my previous employer as I broke my wrist during work, whilst removing a road drill. Without sounding too harsh hopefully!

- Your employer didn't force you to work
- Your employer didn't force you to carry out any specific tasks
- It sounds as though you have received training and would have been aware of risk assessments for the role(s)

Whilst they are at fault and should have stepped in assuming they knew your condition, you will have personal responsibility and accountability. Section 7 of Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.
