- Your employer didn't force you to carry out any specific tasks
- It sounds as though you have received training and would have been aware of risk assessments for the role(s)
Whilst they are at fault and should have stepped in assuming they knew your condition, you will have personal responsibility and accountability. Section 7 of Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.0
