Hi as usual I’m the host for Christmas for my family 12 of us including grandkids so Im very busy cooking . I usually buy the usual wines beer soft drinks but this year I like to make a cocktail that looks good in a jug and festive with ice that can be made in advance ( may add ice just before serving) which tastes nice and my older grandkids might like . Any suggestions would be gratefully received 😊

The non alcoholic sangria punch looks good to me!2 -
Perhaps not very festive but I like mock mojitos. Apple juice, cloudy looks better, elderflower cordial, lime juice (I use a squeezey bottle) and top up with some soda water. I put a slice of lime and a sprig of mint into it. You could ask something red like strawberries or a few frozen cherries to make it look more festive. it’s easy to drink. I am a bit relaxed about quantities but a carton of apple juice to 100 ml of cordial and a generous squeeze of lime should do it. You can adjust it if it’s not right.3

Haven't seen it but look to see if Lidl have any of their cherry juice concentrate. Bright red so very festive. And nice as it doesn't have sweeteners in it (very important to me!). Alternative is cherry juice - cheapest and best is from the Polish shops or places like Asda that have a Polish/Eastern European section. But they do normally have sweetener.
Very simple - I like to mix this (or any juice) with fizzy water. Looks fun and nice for a party.
Also look out for the big bottles of posh lemonade that Lidl have. Last I saw they were about £1.69 a bottle but they are a good quality and well received. Much nicer than the standard lemonade that is sold.
Cranberry juice is also nice (despite sweeteners) and festively appropriate.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe and Old Style Money Saving boards. I'm not keen on mocktails because I am averse to drinking in sugar without reason.
The easiest thing is to add citrus slices and perhaps a sprig or two of fresh mint to some water and leave to chill in the fridge. No man is worth crawling on this earth.
