Conditions of participation
Participation in the Advent calendar "FALKEN XMAS CALENDAR – 24 DAYS TO MAKE DECEMBER YOURS!" organised by SOKRATIV GmbH, hereinafter referred to as operator or organizer, is free of charge and is based exclusively on these conditions of participation.

Schedule of the Advent calendar
On all 24 competition days (01.12.24 - 24.12.24) participants will have the opportunity to open an Advent calendar door online. Each Advent calendar door remains open for participation for 24 hours, from 0:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. (example: 01.12.24 0:00 a.m. to 01.12.24 11:59 p.m.).

Participation
Participation takes place by starting the Advent calendar and then clicking on the current Advent calendar door.
A competition is stored behind the Advent calendar door. In order to participate in the competition, it is necessary to answer the question and complete and submit the displayed participation form. The participation period provided for this purpose extends over 24 hours, from 0:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. of the same day (example 1st competition day on 01.12.24 from 0:00 a.m. to 01.12.24 11:59 p.m.). Entries received after the closing date will not be considered for the draw.
Only one submitted registration per participant and day will take part in the competition. It is strictly forbidden to use multiple email addresses to increase the chances of winning.
Participation in the competition is free of charge.

Eligible
Natural persons who are resident in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Swizterland and the U.K. and have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Each participant may only enter a competition once per Advents calendar door. The participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services.
If a participant is restricted in his legal capacity, the consent of his legal representative is required.
All persons and employees of the operator involved in the conception and implementation of the Advent calendar as well as their family members are not entitled to participate in the Advent calendar. In addition, the operator reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are legitimate reasons, such as
(a) manipulation in connection with access to or execution of the competition, (b) violations of these terms and conditions, (c) unfair conduct or (d) false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

Prize, notification and transmission of the prize
In the case of an integrated competition, a more detailed description of the prizes to be won will be provided directly on the day of the competition via the competition window.

Note: The „Romantic Igloo Package“ voucher includes: 1 overnight stay in a cosy romantic igloo for 2 people, Welcome at the Höfatsblick mountain station, All-round support from our professional igloo guides, Igloo drink to welcome you at the Iglu Lodge, guaranteed warm expedition sleeping bag with hygienic inlay, Allgäu cheese fondue for dinner, Free use of our barrel saunas, Breakfast in the Höfatsblick restaurant.

Tickets for the mountain railway are not included. Please buy them at the valley station. Iglu Lodge guests receive a discount on the mountain railway tickets.

The travel to and from the event is not included; the organisation of the same and the travel costs are not included and have to be borne by the winner.

The voucher is valid for three years from the date of issue.

Season times: The Iglu Lodge is set up every year from mid-December and welcomes its guests from 27 December to the end of March, or when the snow melts. The Iglu Lodge welcomes their overnight guests daily from 4.00 pm during the season.

The General Terms and Conditions of the Iglu Lodge apply.

The winners will be determined in a random draw among all participants. The draw takes place within two days after the respective participation period has endend. If the competition is linked to a task, only those participants who have completed the task correctly will be entered into the raffle.
The winners of the raffle will be informed promptly via a separate e-mail about the prize.
