So it's getting close to the new year and I've decided it's time for a new diary!
Why not eh!
I've got big plans and can't dilly dally any longer, I want to be;
I'm going to sit down and go over my monthly goals for 2025, get a new spreadsheet sorted with all bills on there and see if I can manage to plan in any overpayments to the mortgage!

Can I just say it really doesn't pay to make overpayments to your mortgage if any of your debts are incurring interest as mortgage will be at a much lower rate. I'd concentrate of shifting the debt first unless it is on 0% and you can clear it in the time you have left at that rate.
Good luck with sorting it all out.
I've bookmarked your thread to follow you and your goals.

Thanks @joedenise.
So between now and July 2025 I'll be paying off the debt then once that's all paid off I'll overpay the mortgage.
Can't wait until it's all gone but that's a few years down the line from now.Debt Free - 4th June 20251 -
£4.00 survey on YLive!
Every little helps.Debt Free - 4th June 20250 -
I always seem to get chucked out of Live surveys! Seems to take forever to get to the £50 threshold! The ones I do finish tend to only be £1 or £2. Don't think I've ever got through a £4 one! Well done.1

Yeah that's very annoying! Think I still need another £14.00 before I can cash out so hopefully January.
Looking forward to getting to bed tonight - I am tired.Debt Free - 4th June 20251 -
Got a new bed delivered today - well new to me - from the British Heart Foundation so will get the old one broken down and that one set up this morning.
The old one I'm donating to a girl who fled her house due to DV so that's my last good deed for 2024 done and dusted.
Got a wee Christmas table top market today with my mum and only my own 2 dogs to walk today.
I shall let you know if I get any bargains!Debt Free - 4th June 20253 -

@misstara - none at all! I thought it was like a 2nd hand market but it was a lot of hand made craft items which were lovely but didn't need anything like that.
Got a free hot chocolate though so win!
Got 10 books for £1.00 from the charity shop later when I dropped my mum off so wasn't all too bad.
One of the books is Britney's so I'm looking forward to reading that.Debt Free - 4th June 20250 -
Dog walks done for the day - well the paid ones anyway. Will be out again with my 2 about 6:30ish then home to chill out.
I've just had some lunch and got cosy on the couch - at 5:30 I'm gonna do an hour of housework.Debt Free - 4th June 20250 -
Shame about the lack of bargains but free hot chocolate is always a win
