Trip Redemption:

(1) Eligible Participants who subscribe on https://www.oneplus.com/launch/13 during Dec.2.2024 - Jan.6.2025 are considered to be participating in the following campaign.

(2) One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all the eligible participants on Jan.7.2025.

(3) Prize: One winner will receive the Explorers Adventure Calendar experience for two people, valued at £25 000, including:

(4) Selection of Winner: The winner will be chosen randomly on 7th January 2025.

(5) Notification: The winner will receive a notification email from OnePlus, which will collect the winner's contact information and shipping address. The winner may voluntarily provide this information within 10 days; failure to do so after this period will be considered a forfeiture of the prize. The winner will be contacted by The Romans PR Agency afterwards.

(6) Liaison: The (1) winner will be expected to liaise with third-party suppliers. These suppliers reserve the right to ask the winner to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements.

(7) Trip Redemption: The trip must be taken in the first half of 2025, subject to availability. The scheduled time is essential for the trip. In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent the winner from taking the trips on the scheduled time, including but not limited to the unsuccessful application for the visa or illness, OnePlus will not have any liability for that.

(8) The trip is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

(9) If a visa is required for the winner to travel, the winner will be responsible for the visa application and any relevant cost.

(10) The winner is responsible for the insurance for the trip. OnePlus is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the giveaway or use of the prize.

(11) The winner agrees to grant OnePlus, its affiliates and its journalist partners a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free license to transform, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, communicate to the public, broadcast, perform, display, or otherwise use the photos and/or video created for the trip, in whole or in part, with or without modifications, on the websites and social platform of OnePlus or its journalist partners for the purpose related to this campaign, for PR and/or any other related purpose.

For the winner of EXPLORERS ADVENTURE CALENDAR, we may process your name and contact information and Romans PR Agency may process your information required for the trip booking and planning. 5: If any provision of these T&Cs is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that is legally possible and comes as close as possible to the invalid provision in terms of content. The same applies to any loopholes.

6: OnePlus is entitled to exclude participants from this campaign who violate these T&Cs, provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means, and/or try to manipulate the election result. In addition, participation in the campaign via dubious, fake accounts is not permitted. If there is a reason for exclusion, OnePlus is entitled to withdraw the awards, reclaim the awards that have already been handed out, or demand compensation for the value.

7: To the extent permitted by the applicable law, the participants and/or the winners agree that any tax (including the income tax) or other charge payable in conjunction with the gifts/prizes is the sole responsibility of the participants or the winners.
