I’m getting an error message about not completing the columns?

I got: "Thank you for signing up for the competition!" but I had to click submit twice. The first time I hadn't ticked the tiny box stating that I am over 21.

Re age checkbox. I can't see it and I've tried two browsers and mobile and desktop views. Is the box to the left?

I can’t remember exactly where it was, but it was highlighted red after my failed submission. Suggest, do search on the number “21”. If it isn’t showing, perhaps that’s the issue. Sometimes, shrinking the page helps with similar issues. It changes the sizes of the boxes and something hidden or covered might appear.
