Speaking to someone at HMRC

We live overseas and my wife needs to find out her NI number so she can add voluntary contribution to top up her state pension by the April deadline. She does not know her NI number and the automation on HMRC website needs her postcode which she does not know from 40 years ago. We've written to them 2 months ago but no response, we are running out of time and patience so does anyone know how she can actually get to speak to someone at HMRC?

Thanks, we've struck out on 0300 200 3500 many times but we'll try the others and see how we go, I'll advise how we do.0
