Matured for at least 18 months, the full potential of this classic authentic Cheddar Cheese has been reached. The extended maturing time of this time allows the cheese to develop a complex and extensive depth and breadth of flavour, resulting in a vibrant, nutty flavoured cheddar with very low lactose (<0.1%). A real treat – gluten free and suitable for most who are lactose intolerant.
