Well then
Haven't been around much over Christmas, but to fill everyone in:
I have finally moved - goodbye Plaistow, hello Peckham Rye. Rent is higher, though still shared as I couldn't afford to get a place on my own unless it was a manky bedsit. My budget for this month is utterly screwed - having just paid out for a deposit and a months rent in advance and a removal van. Still, being able to wake up and not smell the fox poo - priceless!:D
2007 - I went BR, moved 3 times, had 2 failed relationships, nearly got sacked from my job, got fat through stress eating and started going grey.
2008 - will still be BR until March 28th, but I already know 2008 is going to be my year! For a start I'm hitting the big 3-0!
Good luck to everyone and thank you all for the wonderful support. I couldn't have made the journey without you.
Barman, a drink for everyone!

Hi NZ - hope you have a Good New Year.
Enjoy your new life in Peckham - it's not Nelson Mandela flats, is it. :rotfl: :rotfl:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.

Richard its not over eating that makes you put on weight its stress, likewise grey hair:rolleyes: Now if I could prove that my white locks and 28 stone are the result of arrassment from creditors I might be able to claim commpenation;) :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:Some of the best lessons we ever learn,we learn from our mistakes and failures.the error of the past is the success and wisdom of the future. :j0 -
Happy New Year, Neko. You haven't had the best of years either, but there's not long to go now before you're discharged. Here's hoping we both meet decent new partners in 2008.
Do you have a Marlene & Boycie nearby - I used to love the way he said her name, but a colleague was called Marlene & could hardly get through a day without someone saying "Marleeeene" in that slow way he did.
