Terms and Conditions relating to the 12 Days of Titles Christmas Promotion

Intro / The Promoter / Duration

By participating in this promotion (the "Promotion") you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Scottish Highlands Limited (the "Promoter").

The Promotion is open from 1st December 2024 until midnight on 12th December 2024 only.

Eligibility to Enter

This promotion (the "Promotion") is open to all other than those directly associated with the administration of this Promotion and members of their families.

Entrants must be over the age of 18 years old on the date of their entry.

No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the Promotion.

The Prize

The winning Prize will be one of a 141 individual Highland Titles products, comprising of souvenir plots of land, associated gift packs and highland cow adoption gifts.

The Prize will be distributed in the form of unique, single-use 100% discount codes that can be redeemed online at highlandtitles.com.

Discount codes are subject to the usual terms and conditions.

Highland Titles reserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative product of equal or higher value if necessary at Highland Titles discretion.

The Prize include no costs associated with the prize other than as set out in these terms and conditions.

The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

Entry Method

To enter the Promotion, you must register at highlandtitles.campaign-calendar.com. By registering, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions along with Highland Titles terms and conditions found here - https://www.highlandtitles.com/terms-and-conditions/. Registration opens on 25th November.

You may only open the day's dated door on the relevant date and only one door may be opened each day. Any doors not opened on the relevant date will not be available to open on any other day.

Winner Selection

The Winner of each Prize will be selected at random from the entrants.

Each entrant is limited to one Prize per day during the period of the Promotion.

Data Protection and Publicity

The winners of the main prizes may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Promotion and the winner shall participate in such activity on Highland Titles reasonable request. Each winner consents to the use by Highland Titles and its related companies for a reasonable time, of the winner's image, photograph and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including on the internet on any websites hosted by Highland Titles and its related companies and in advertising, marketing or promotional material which may be shared with the local press or media) without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Promotion, all entrants consent to the same.

Limitation of Liability

Highland Titles accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting any prize or voucher.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of Highland Titles for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.

Highland Titles shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.

General

Highland Titles reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Highland Titles in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

By participating in this Promotion, entrants accept Facebook's terms and conditions although it is acknowledged that this promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by, nor associated with, Facebook. Entrants release Facebook from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with their entry in this Promotion.

The Promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and entrants to the Promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
