Oh I'm so pleased...I contacted them yesterday to ask them if they could not to include tagging as a requirement as it's so easy to get the dreaded ban and it looks like they have followed my advice! 
Now to convince the other 550 Instagram competition companies! 😄

You could still get a ban for too many comments not just too much tagging. And the Kwik-Fit advents are one entry per person per platform anyway.
