Nectar offers "forbidden"!!

Hello! Every week I get an email from Sainsbury's saying "Smile! Your offers are in" and I click through to see a list of groceries that are at a special price for me, and which items give me extra nectar points. 

However, for the second week running, if I click on the "see my offers" it simply takes me to a page that says "Forbidden" or "Access Denied".  Last week I assumed that the website was down but it is doing it to me again this week. Has anyone else had this? I can't seem to get it to work!

Thank you for any advice.  Oh, I've tried it on a different browser too.

I don't get those e-mails but that type of thing happens when you're viewing a webpage that you need to to be logged in first to view it.

Do you have their app on a phone?
That is how I view mine.

Do you have an ad blocker app?  I have one to stop in-game ads but I have to disable it for some links like that, and get an “access denied” message.

Thank you Hill Street Blues, Born Again and Devongardener, it appears to be working again and I did nothing different!  Just one of those glitches I think!  Have a great weekend x

This didn't happen at Sainsburys yesterday, but it did happen at Lidl and we were not impressed.
