CCJ for ex-landlord's council tax. Help filling out an N244

Normally someone getting a ccj on a debt like this would hand it to a HCEO, or in some cases, the court bailiff, not a dodgy debt collector.
I share Sourcrates' concern that this is odd. Nevertheless, get the particulars of claim from the court and apply for setaside.
If the claimant is a solicitor, and not the landlord with a solicitor acting, then it is indeed odd.0 -
The claimant is actually the landlord's Ltd but a payment is to be made out to a solicitor's office.fatbelly said:Normally someone getting a ccj on a debt like this would hand it to a HCEO, or in some cases, the court bailiff, not a dodgy debt collector.
