Costa are giving and extra £5 on each £20 spent on gift cards online. Spend £60 on one card they put £75 on it. Not available in-store. Buy up to 5 cards per person. Go for eCards to avoid postage. Get the app and use your own cups too and it brings their overall price per cup down by a massive amount
Nero have been doing something similar in-store recently, effectively 20% off, but I'm not sure of the end date or the rules. I bought 2 a week or two ago.
