Honestly just don't pay any of them. So you don't need any agency.
You can ignore any E Mails, texts and phone calls. If anyone tries to take court action against you they need a UK address to send papers by snail mail. Do any of these creditors have a UK address for you?
It is possible but at the moment unlikely that they would send letters to the last UK address they have for you.If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.0 -
In what time scale are you planning to return to the UK?All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

What a mess.
PRA has agreed not to contact me until Boxing Day and then press their suit that I pay them the full amount. They know I am not in the UK, shall I just ignore them until I am and proceed from there? No debt advice folks will do anything for me until I am physically located in the UK.

Look CCJs are rare and not going to happen if they do until way down the line.
The worse thing you can do is panic, as I have said nothing terrible is going to happen, so please slow down and wait until you are back in the UK before you commit to anything. If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.1 -
As above, CCJs are a possibility but unlikely if you have no money. Companies rely on bullying you to pay - they are unlikely to go through the cost of the application if you have no assets and won't be able to pay them any more anyway. Stop answering the phone to them - if it were me, I would probably block their number. I do think the chances of them going for a CCJ which is totally unenforceable when you are out of the country is extremely remote. They will lie and tell you otherwise because that is what they do.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
