Scottish power refuses to take fees for pso off the pension. I cannot afford to pay my share of fees and neither can my ex. What options do I have?

Look at splitting other assets in different proportions so the owner of the pension retains it untouched0

It's not impossible to take the fees off the pensions, just a lot more complicated for the pensions administrator. Which may be why Scottish Power have told you that they don't do it. Go back to them and say that as neither of you have the money, their only option will be to deduct the fees from your benefits.mercy1987 said:Scottish power refuses to take fees for pso off the pension. Sounds like they don’t have much in the way of other assets.DullGreyGuy said:Look at splitting other assets in different proportions so the owner of the pension retains it untouched0
