Tax Free Childcare and Shared Parental Leave

Very important here, I want to play this straight and correct not game the system.

The rules state that "if you (and your partner, if you have one) are on shared parental, maternity, paternity, or adoption leave and are due back to work within 31 days" you can apply for Tax Free Childcare.

The thing is, with Shared Parental leave yes I will be returning to work within 31 days, but then 2 weeks later I will be off on another block of SPL.

When filling out the form online to make a claim it asked "are you on maternity leave" and I answered "no", because I'm not. There was no "are you on SPL" question.

Because we are doing leave in bocks i.e. some Maternity Leave, then partner's SPL, then my SPL, then both back to work, then SPL again (three blocks SPL) I feel like I should be able to open an account to get some funding for the period we're both back in work.

Are we answering the online form correctly?
