Asda Delivery Pass says I've only made 11 orders this year

.. when I'm averaging two orders a month, every month.  

Is there a way to see the full order history for the year ?

I often make orders that land exactly on the £40 mark and occasionally I'll get items refunded from that order which will drop it below that amount so would that mean it's essentially "struck off" the delivery pass ?

Thanks.  That was the first thing I looked at but it only goes back to around May and I'd like a complete order history for the year which doesn't seem possible.

Would your credit / debit cards have these dates?

Asda take the money on or just before the day, so it should tally up

I recently renewed mine - delivery pass says 1 order when i have made several

I guess it takes a little while to update itself....
