Cost of Living Mortgage Support - Adhoc payments

Recently lost my job and applied for cost of living mortgage support (Interest only payment for 6 months)
I now have working as self employed and have recieved a relatively good payment this month. Can I make a one-off payment to my mortgage to reduce the outstanding amount? Not ready to cancel the support as future income is uncertain.
