Digital DRA

Hello so on this site I came across a cheap sim deal with ID mobile which I signed up for. The sim card came today and as soon as it was loaded in I got a text message from Digital DRA claiming
"The longer this remains unpaid, the longer it will potentially impact your credit score. Login today so we can help! URL HERE"
On clicking the link it wants details of who I am which I refused to type in but clicked on the pay now to see what they claim I owe and it was around £60.
Is this a case of I have been given a recycled phone number from someone else who had a debt problem?
Thanks
Mike

Sorry to rehash an old thread but I just wanted to add that I too are getting these messages for around £60 for a debt on a new ee sim I use for data only. I have never given this number to anyone. Really annoying.0
