PRA CCA - new info provided

Hi all, I have started previous threads on this. I asked for CCA from PRA for BC account opened on 2010. At first they provided default notice and something else, today they have provided me with what looks like a genuine CCA. In fact there seems to be two. One in the address I would have opened it in, and one in current address. I have attached the first page of both and blurred out the name and address, sorry if it has blurred out other information. I've also attached the part of the email in what they have said they've attached. Is this a genuine CCA? What does it actually have to consist of?
TIA

Well you only have to look at what they say is enclosed.

"Enclosed - Short form cancelation, historic terms and conditions, and varied terms and conditions".
No mention of a credit agreement there???I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. That's exactly what I thought @sourcrates but wanted to check! Thanks.0

Hi @ sourcrates and anyone else who may be able to help. PRA emailed me today stating the hold on my account was coming to an end I replied with the fact that what they provided me with was not a true copy of the CCA as it was made up of the above, short form cancellation, historic terms and conditions and varied terms and conditions and as it was the account was unenforceable. This was their extremely quick response.
Any advice appreciated. Not sure what to reply with from here. The statements do include my correct name and address at the time of taking on the card.

Sorry didn't tag properly @sourcrates and perhaps @Rob5342 may be able to give their knowledge as I know from other threads I've had they have also dealt with PRA0

I have dealt with them before but they only sent me a statement and confirmed that the account was uneneforcable (and rather amusingly enclosed a copy of a letter from Barclaycard to them saying that due to the age of the account they wouldn't be able to provide the CCA. They tried to downplay or obscure that fact many times in subsequent letters and it didn't stop them emailing me weekly and phoning me every two days for a year. I don't know enough about CCAs to comment here.

Thanks for your reply @Rob5342 and @sourcrates for asking for advice from others for me. It is much appreciated. They have extended the hols on the account which I find weird but I feel I'm going to have to play ball with them.0

Going through it with a fine tooth comb and have realised that there is no date of account opening, and my credit limit at the time of opening. If I am correct, this information has to be provided?0
