Morrisons stock situation over weekend

I commented in the past since I am in an Ocado area, subs are extremely rare and usually things are available on the website, but this weekend was a complete mess with no statement from Morrisons, and a refusal from customer support to say whats going on.
On making the order for today, about 2/3 of the products on the website were unavailable, mostly in the chilled and frozen sections (suggesting a cooling failure?, power cut or something?)
With no delivery date selected. everything available, but picking a day wiped out lots of products, picking Tuesday instead of Monday made some products available but then a bunch of others unavailable.
On delivery today only 3 items were delivered out of about 30. Driver said they got no clue whats going on they just a driver but have noticed every delivery is really small. So I guess was no gossip at the loading bay.
Going on the website now, and picking next week still shows a much higher worse availability than normal, although not as bad as when I booked the order that came today.

You mean with all the flooding? Ice? Snow? And you're wondering why a large Central warehouse may not have some stock that gets to them from across the county hasn't getting through to them?0

My order was done before the weekend, so not entirely sure if that was the reason for the ordering problems bare in mind. Also not all parts of the country have it as bad as each other, where I am it was just a little bit of drizzle and wind. So yes some of us may not be aware the impact of weather in other areas.0

Went to my local store today (near Liverpool) and there was hardly any fresh fruit or vegetables and big gaps on other fresh items.1

It is pretty bad still, as soon as a date is picked, so many things cant be ordered, this based on my past experience is not normal service, guess I may need to order from somewhere else now.Its now also affecting all aisles, so crisps, biscuits, tin food, drinks etc. More than half the products listed on the site cant be ordered.Looks like its software related and hackers have compromised their database.

I had the same problem this week placed order which showed all but a couple of things available. On the morning of delivery about a third of my order was unavailable including basics stuff like small toad in the hole, lasagne etc. The few Xmas packs of chocolates also all unavailable and a couple of strange substitutes which went back
according to the delivery driver about half of her drops that day were the same. (Order placed Tuesday for Thursday delivery £0 -
It's a regular occurrence whether they have a cyber attack happening or not.
Just had a delivery which should have been £41 of shopping and with the OOS items less than £25 delivered.0
