Is anyone else having issues with these (Heart, Capital etc etc).
For as long as I can remember, I've had a problem where it will keep me logged in for about a month but then log me out and tell me my password is incorrect. Usually I have no problem resetting it though.
However today, when I am requesting a "forgot password" email, it is taking around 10 minutes to arrive in my inbox and then when I click on it to reset my password it says that it is unable to reset my password "probably because I followed a bad or expired link". They're not really giving a chance to reset it, if the link expires within the 10 minutes it takes to arrive!
Any idea what I can do to remedy this? I am just going round in circles at the minute!

Bumping this old post of mine, as I'm having the same issues again today. So far I've requested a reset link 4 times each for both Capital and Heart, and each time I get told I've followed a bad or expired link! Aargh, this is frustrating! Does this happen to anyone else, and what can I do about it?!

I get the regular 'wrong password' (which its not) and have to reset it but haven't had the bad link issue. Could you try using a different browser? I have no idea why some sites smile more kindly on eg firefox rather than chrome but worth a try, even if it only allows you to reset and enter until they ask again in a couple of monthshttps://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6466032/an-in-between-phase/p1

I used to have problems but I have the same password for all the Global sites now and I haven't had problems recently0
